Oscar is a bilingual San Diego native who has been working as a licensed professional in the industry since 2006. He is dual licensed in cosmetology & barbering.
Oscar is versed in numerous hair textures. He is crafty with the shear & the razor. Oscar commits to helping individuals with their hair journey through color correction, creative color, blonding & more. He is an Italian Style Team Ambassador for Framesi USA. He is also a Deva Curl Level 1 Inspired Stylist. Oscar teaches hair coloring, cutting & technique, both in person and digitally.
